LinesVerify lets issuers seal each document with a QR stamp and LV-ID the moment it is issued. Anyone can then confirm - on the web or on WhatsApp - that a document is the exact file the issuer registered, and every change made to the file afterwards is detected.
How it works
No uploads to strangers, no "looks genuine" guesses. Verification is a match against the issuer's own registry record.
A company, college or HR team registers each document it issues. We store its SHA-256 fingerprint, the issuer's verified name and address, and the timestamp in an append-only registry - and return a QR stamp + LV-ID to place on the document.
Scan the QR, enter the LV-ID, upload the file - or forward it to our WhatsApp bot. The registry answers with the issuer's own record, not an opinion.
When a file does not match the registry, our signal battery inspects it: PDF font and object analysis, edit-detection signals, and an AI visual check. Found edits are flagged with the exact areas marked.
What a check tells you
The same verdicts on the website and on WhatsApp - big and scannable, so nobody has to read a wall of text.
See it in action
A real check, end to end: a document with edited names goes in, the edited areas come out flagged.
Then try a live check yourself: registry ID
LV-T2GZ-G83F is a real document registered by OM Enterprise -
open it to see a VERIFIED record with the issuer's name and address.
Two ways to check
Upload the exact file you received or enter the LV-ID printed next to the QR. Exact files match by fingerprint; photos and re-scans are checked by LV-ID.

Honest answers
No. LinesVerify attests that the named issuer registered this exact file at the recorded time - the file in your hand is the file they issued. What the issuer wrote in it is the issuer's responsibility. That is also why issuer identity verification matters: tier-1 issuers are manually verified by LinesVerify.
No. A document is either found in the registry or not found - and "not found" only means no issuer has registered it. When our system detects edits in a file, it says DOCUMENT FORGED with the edited areas marked and tells you to re-verify with the issuer.
We detect common tampering - text edits, swapped regions, font and metadata inconsistencies - and the battery keeps improving. No system catches everything; a registry match is the strong guarantee, signals are the safety net when there is no match.
They show as REVOKED BY ISSUER, forever. The registry is append-only - records are never deleted, so a revoked document cannot quietly come back as valid.
LinesVerify is a live MVP. Issuer identities at tier 1 are manually verified by LinesVerify before documents can be registered.
